My art represents when women won the right to vote and congress passed it as the 19th amendment. The topic is women rights. This style that inspired my art piece is the current generation and know women's of every color have the right to vote and be heard. I chose this topic because it shows how women's votes matters to the world and can make an impact for the world. My art connects to the historical time period because women's votes wouldn't count until congress passed it as the 19th amendment. It also shows how women's struggled for equality so they had to have women's have the right to vote. The 19th amendments helped million of women move closer to equality in all aspects of American life, Women know have job opportunities, Fair wages and education. I want people to learn that women back then and even know struggle a lot and with them earning the right to vote they were able to be involved with what goes around them. My art piece helps connect to the time period because it shows women putting their ballet inside the voting box happily. We should care about this time in history because back then "she can take every care to avoid fire but she cannot keep her children safe if building on fire escapes are not strong' 'Also "She can open her windows but her kids will get sick from breathing air
